Our micro coffee roasting plant is located at Langløkkegård in Fraugde-Kærby in the countryside of the island of Funen.
We purchase our fresh organic green coffee beans from Fair Trade approved growers all over the world and all our roasts are certified by Max Havelaar. Allowing the growers a fair price for their coffee we can ensure better living conditions for them and their families. The taste and flavour of the coffee depends on the how the coffee is grown, how it is harvested and processed. The most important process is roasting the green beans to develop the taste and flavour we know from a good cup of coffee.
